Altius Group Appoints Head of Corporate Finance

Altius Group Limited, the UK’s leading group of business brokers based in Preston, has appointed Vickie Elson-Hood as the head of Altius Corporate Finance, the group’s newest brand.

Altius Corporate Finance (ACF) works with business across the UK to support exit planning, business sales, growth strategies and acquisitions. The service is focused on wealth creation, with M&A advisers working closely with business owners to help them achieve their ambitions. 

ACF joins Altius Group’s existing brands Redwoods Dowling Kerr, Kings Corporate and Bruce & Co. 

Elson-Hood joins from boutique M&A advisory firm, Spring Top Group Ltd, where she was Director.  She will spearhead development of the ACF brand, targeting medium-size businesses across the UK. She brings with her more than 15 years’ experience  in M&A and corporate finance, having successfully sold businesses across multiple sectors, including engineering, manufacturing, distribution, marketing and retail.

The appointment of Elson-Hood is part of the company’s ongoing expansion goals as Altius Group plans to double the size of its business by 2025.
