Preston-based Aggressive Growth Marketing has recruited three new team members this year to help service its roster of international clients.

Adam Beardow has joined as lead creative and graphic designer, bringing 12 years of industry experience to the team.

David Cowlishaw joins as creative marketing executive and is responsible for developing fresh and innovative marketing content.

Rose Warren has joined as business development manager, and brings considerable experience from the property sector.

The three appointments see the marketing and business development firm grow from a solo operation in May 2018, to a team of nine.

The agency was founded in 2014 by Kelly Bolton to provide growth-focussed marketing, business development and sales for clients to help them to increase their revenue, grow their business and save money and time. Its client list includes Baker Street Dental and Swiss-based private jet firm, Vertis Aviation.

The expansion follows Aggressive Growth Marketing’s move into new premises last year, investment in a re-brand and new website and nomination for the ‘Social Media Agency of the Year’ Award at The Drum Marketing Awards in 2017.

Kelly Bolton said: “We’re extremely proud to be working with some amazing clients and our rapid growth is testament to our strong work ethic, team spirit and commitment to results.

"We’re looking forward to our best year yet and the new talent we have brought on-board will guarantee that we continue to grow our reputation as one of the best agencies in the industry.”
