AG promotes Daniel Metcalf to associate director

Preston-based project and building consultancy AG are pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel Metcalf to associate director.

This promotion is a testament to Daniel’s hard work and commitment to providing a quality of service to AG’s clients that is second to none.

Daniel commenced employment at AG in March 2020 as senior chartered building surveyor after four years at commercial building surveyors Malcolm Hollis.  Prior to this, Daniel worked at a Lancashire based property investor and developer organisation.

Daniel specialises in dilapidations and has a vast array of experience within the commercial property market, acting on behalf of a diverse range of occupiers and property owners with a clear focus on providing high quality independent advice. Clients include Northern Trust, GAP and Lancaster County Council.
