AG appoints two new surveyors

Richard Chandler has been appointed as a senior chartered building surveyor, based at AG’s Preston office in the commercial building surveying team. 

Having spent four years at Colliers in Leeds, working across a range of commercial building surveying instructions, Richard has gained experience across a range of sectors including commercial, residential and public.

With experience in project monitoring, acquisition surveys and dilapidations work for both landlords and tenants and providing strategic advice to clients, Richard’s experience is a fantastic edition to the AG team.   

During his time at Colliers, Richard’s role included carrying out a range of contract administration appointments from asbestos removal works, break clause compliance, disabled adaptations and insurance works. 

Peter Roberts, AG’s second appointment, has been brought in as senior building surveyor based in AG’s growing Manchester office. Having worked in the construction industry for over thirty years Peter has worked across a range of sectors including commercial, retail, education and residential and gained a wide variety of experience undertaking all aspects of core building surveying duties.
