AG adds three

Preston-based commercial building surveyor AG has appointed three new team members.

Michael Boyle joins the company as associate director. He is a senior chartered building surveyor bringing varied experience covering all aspects of building surveying and construction project management.

He specialises in architectural design, contract administration, specification writing, cost consultancy and principal designer duties and has worked closely with local housing providers, care home providers, health authorities and healthcare landlords.

More recently, he has been working extensively with retailers, commercial landlords and large financial institutions.

Aaron Walker joins the firm as building surveyor. His career began at a small Yorkshire practice before moving to London and working on some of the UK’s most iconic buildings such as Tower Bridge and the Monument with the City of London Corporation.

Sam Smith has joined as the firm's business development and marketing coordinator. His business development and project management experience was earned while working for a telecoms firm after college, before studying journalism at UCLan and later writing for publications such as Lancashire Magazine and the Blackpool Gazette.
