Accrington Stanley signs up Jodie Hargreaves as new commercial manager

Accrington Stanley are delighted with the appointment of Jodie Hargreaves as the club’s new Commercial Manager.

Jodie joins Accrington Stanley with a strong background in operations and commercial management, bringing with her a wealth of experience gained from projects around the world, including work at the iconic Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Having grown up surrounded by football fans in her family, Jodie’s passion for the game and its community spirit aligns perfectly with the culture and values of Accrington Stanley.

Since joining the club, she has already made a great impression, learning how the club and the industry works, while developing a strategic review with exciting new commercial initiatives.

Jodie is focused on driving innovation across the club’s commercial operations, strengthening sponsor and supporter relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Speaking about her new role, Jodie Hargreaves said: "I am really excited, we've got a lot of projects in the pipeline and I'm really looking forward to getting stuck in and see where they take us.

“I used to work with Warren in a previous role. I have spoken to him on multiple occasions since he joined the club and saw how happy, excited and passionate he was about his new job. Once I had been for a look around, I felt the same and could understand why he was so excited.

“I'm really enjoying the job so far. I'm a real people's person, so I am enjoying getting to meet new people every single day, the Supporters Trust, the Community Trust, the fans, sponsors, customers and other staff here, everyone has been so lovely and welcoming."
