A look back on Complete’s journey in 2024

2024 has been a truly incredible year for us and many other Lancashire businesses and we wanted to take a minute to reflect. 

January 

• Red Rose Awards finalists - Digital Award
• Tom visited The Hollins School in Accrington to chat with the year 10 students about being an entrepreneur and the journey of Complete.

February 

• Complete turned 15! Thank you to all of our valued clients for your support over the last 15 years. 
• Tom attended the Lancashire & Cumbria Institute of Technology’s roundtable event.

March

• We held our first charity ball event and raised £8094 for Lancashire Mind and Streetlife Blackpool.

April 

• We relocated to a bigger office!
• Tom joined the Lancashire & Cumbria IoT Employer Advisory Group, helping to shape the next generation of talent. 

May 

• BIBAs finalists - Digital & Marketing Business of the Year & Micro Business.

June 

• Introducing Complete Leads - find out more here.
• We completed the Walk the Big One Challenge for Cash For Kids.
• We were named as finalists for ‘Best Boss’ at The Freshies.

July 

• We completed Tough Mudder for Lancashire Mind.
• Tom attended and sponsored his first Charity Golf Day and raised money for charity. 
• Tom joined the Board of Trustees for the LET Education Trust, comprising four schools in Lancashire. 

August 

• We celebrated one year of working with Ecologi - planting 250 trees and supporting nine projects to date!
• Tom attended another roundtable event covering tech and AI - hosted by Lancashire Business View.

September 

• We won the BIBAs award for Digital & Marketing Business of the Year!

October 

• Tom hosted his SEO Fundamentals workshop with Community & Business Partners.

November 

• We took on the 2024 Mental Elf Run for Lancashire Mind and were the official route sponsors!
