21Digital has been chosen by DIY retailer RC Screws to deliver its new brand, My Trade Supplies.

The brand is specifically designed to better serve professional tradespeople from across the UK, and the 21Digital team has been tasked with delivering support with branding, website design, and development. 

The new project is the latest step in a productive partnership between 21Digital and RC Screws, which began in 2023. With the agency’s support, RC Screws has gone from strength to strength, building a solid reputation for reliable products and excellent customer service in the trade and DIY sectors.

As the business developed, the team at RC Screws saw an opportunity to provide a more specialised approach to serving the trade industry, and the result was My Trade Supplies.

While RC Screws will continue to focus on its trusted range of fixings and fasteners, My Trade Supplies will offer a more tailored selection of trade essentials carefully chosen to support the day-to-day work of those on site.

21Digital has already started with the creation of a bold new logo and visual identity that reflects the practical, no-nonsense nature of the brand.

The next step is to begin designing a custom WooCommerce website that’s designed to be easy to use, helping both new and existing customers to browse, buy, and manage their orders.

The new My Trade Supplies site will be responsive across all devices, offering a smooth and simple browsing experience. It’s designed to grow with the business – with flexibility built in so that the team at RC Screws can easily add new products and categories as they expand their ranges.
