2022: Another landmark year for innovation

As our 15th anniversary year draws to a close, we are pleased to be able to look back on another 12 months where our ability to adapt to changes in the marketplace and be flexible enough to meet client needs has been key.

One of the most pleasing aspects has been the number of customers we have been dealing with, for who we have provided a second and even a third upgrade to the original system we installed.

We marked 15 years in business by passing 50 million hours of continuous operation at our 24/7 installations around the world.

Our clients have included some of the UK’s and the world’s top businesses and organisations, including BT, Rolls Royce, Her Majesty’s Government, major banks and finance companies and police forces.

We are delighted that our excellent working partnerships and respect for suppliers, built up over many years, has paid dividends following the Covid pandemic.

Lucidity video wall controller technology has avoided the global manufacturing and supply delays. We have continued to provide Lucidity clients typical lead times below eight weeks from purchase order to delivery. For some models of Lucidity, we have delivered and installed in record time – under three weeks.

Post-Covid, we have also seen a 200 per cent upsurge in demand for dedicated video meeting spaces as businesses adapt to new ways of working.

Working in collaboration with video communication and presentation specialists Viewpoint, UVS has seen an influx of enquiries regarding customised office projects from a wide variety of sectors, including law firms and professional services organisations.
