Twelve jobs have been saved as Accrington-based Jet Roller Services was rescued from administration.
Jet Roller Services manufacturers rubber and polyurethane coated rollers. The company was founded in 2014 and had an annual turnover of £1.058m in its last reported financial year.
Nick Simmonds and Chris Newell, partners at corporate recovery and business advisory firm Quantuma, were appointed when the company went into administration on 2 October.Nick said: “We are pleased to have been able to effect a very quick sale of Jet Roller Services Ltd to Jet Rubber Products Ltd. This has saved all 12 jobs at the company without any significant disruption in trading. “The absence of a break in supply of goods and services enabled the administrators to achieve a value for goodwill and ensure a more effective debt collection process.”
