Women Scaling Up is back.  The programme that helped 28 Lancashire business women achieve growth of over seven million and create 54 jobs and was part funded by Two Zero, is back, and this time it is fully funded for ambitious women in Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre.

If you're ready to take your established business to the next level and would like to know how to grow your teams, your sales, your confidence, your influence and your profits, then look no further.

This programme will equip you with the leadership and business skills to thrive.

It's a mix of one to one coaching and peer group workshops including profiling, visioning, resilience and goal setting days, and action learning.

Delivered by Wendy Bowers (ex board member of the British Chambers of Commerce who has masses of business experience), Katy Mason, (who has an MBA in Business Coaching and delivers Leadership coaching internationally), and the Small Business Academy who are award winning business growth experts and have brilliant workshops and events to support your business growth.

There are just nine spaces left and we're signing up now.

If you have a turnover exceeding 75K, you either employ staff or have business premises and you're located in Blackpool, Wyre or Fylde, you need to apply now for five months of support that will change your life.

Another Way Coaching

Wendy Bowers is a passionate supporter of diversity and inclusion.  From establishing the first ‘women in business network’ in East Lancashire, some twenty years ago, to joining the board of the British Chambers of Commerce and representing them as their UK Ambassador for Women’s Enterprise in parliament and the media, she has continually delivered initiatives which inspire and support diversity.

Over the last 10 years she has developed and delivered start up and growth programmes for women that fuse both personal development and business acumen with one to one mentoring, executive coaching and peer workshops.

She established the Lancashire Women’s Enterprise steering group following the publication in 2022 of her report Growing Women, Growing Lancashire, which explored the interventions needed to increase the numbers of women in business and leadership in Lancashire.

She has over 30 years experience in manufacturing, finance and professional services and is an expert on business growth.

Katy Mason is an experienced Corporate Executive Coach, Coaching Supervisor, Mentor, and Business Consultant, who has worked extensively across the UK and Internationally. Katy started her coaching journey 23 years ago, when she originally coached and trained within the corporate arena at 02 Telefonica, where she inspired and motivated leaders and their teams to be their best.

Katy is passionate about coaching business executives and leaders, she enables them to explore their own ability, integrity, benevolence and authenticity. When coaching leaders, she actively encourages them to engage their wider teams; she believes that taking the time to develop culture is a key ingredient for any thriving business.
