The Seasons of Leadership

12 Mar 2023

Online

09:30 - 16:00

As a leader you may feel caught in a continuous cycle of challenge. With each new day, you must find the strength to inspire and support others.

But where can you turn for your own inspiration and support?

We invite you to experience Courage & Renewal work, and discover the source of your own renewal. Join one of our online seasonal circles of trust and find the strength, clarity and resilience to thrive.

During these quarterly on-line retreats, we will introduce you to the work of the Centre for Courage & Renewal. Using practices and principles that have enabled leaders across the globe to reinvigorate their love for leadership, for more than 25 years, we will explore the reasons we are called to lead.  As we follow the seasons, we invite you to take regular reflective time out for your own planting, growth, harvesting and renewal, in a confidential peer group setting.

If you prefer a human approach to leading, this work will resonate deeply with you.

Recent research cited in the Harvard Business review states that: "Reflection is executive functioning. True courageous reflection galvanizes your willpower. It promotes continuous self-awareness, empowers you, ensures you are valued, and gives you the self-awareness you need to quicken achieving your potential."

Programme dates:

  • Sunday 12th March 2023 - Growth and the coming seasons
  • Sunday 11th June 2023 - Becoming Whole
  • Friday 22nd September 2023 - Harvesting and Re-seeding

MORE INFORMATION
"My experience of the recent Courage Renewal and Understanding programme was that I initially felt nervous about working with people I had never met, but I couldn’t have been further off the mark.  Right from session one, it felt like I was in the company of friends.  This has been an invaluable experience for me and one that will shape and impact my business and personal life. It was a voyage of discovery for me, and I loved every minute of it. Having the opportunity to have regular  ‘me’ time felt like an actual luxury that I shouldn’t do without. The delivery and knowledge of the leaders was top rate and I can’t thank Wendy enough for inviting me to take part. THANK YOU. "
