The Landmark will open its doors for an extra special Open Day on Sunday 3rd March, showcasing its atmospheric and prestigious Great Hall and all it has to offer for weddings, parties and events.

Based on School Lane in Burnley, the Grade II listed building is the go-to destination to celebrate all life’s occasions, from weddings and baby showers to milestone occasions and 30th birthday parties, plus much more.

Taking place in the Great Hall from 12pm – 3pm, the Open Day will give visitors the opportunity to take a look around the charming and historic venue, while meeting a fantastic range of event suppliers, offering a great choice of services for all special occasions.

A variety of caterers will also be on show throughout the event in the courtyard, providing a fantastic selection of food options for parties and weddings.

Those attending will also be greeted with an arrival drink and a goodie bag featuring an assortment of treats including more information on hosting your wedding or occasion at The Landmark. Not only that, but one lucky visitor will win a £250 voucher to be spent across any of the The Landmark’s services including the Great Hall and their thriving Business Club.

The Landmark has availability for 2024, and anyone looking to secure a date for this year is urged to attend the Open Day and take a look around to secure their date and avoid disappointment.

Alongside all its charm and history, the exclusive, boutique venue is proud to offer first class service, a private bar and a digital light & sound system.

The unique architecture of the building allows multiple, exclusive locations for people to celebrate their events including fully private entrances, The Great Hall with its arched-braced open timber roof, The Old Library with views of St Peter’s Church and the stunning Atrium entrance, with its external glass lift, red carpet and unique stained glass windows.

There’s also plenty of beauty spots for those all-important party photos, with the stained glass windows, grand staircase and historical gardens all providing impressive backdrops.

Claire Rhodes, general manager at The Landmark, said: “We are so excited to open our doors for people to come in and have a look around our beautiful and atmospheric Great Hall.

“Whether you are planning a wedding or want to bring in your 21st birthday party (or your second 21st) in style, we have so much to offer and it’s all here under one roof in our exclusive venue.

“As well as a fantastic range of suppliers on the day, we are also offering people the chance to enjoy a full tour of the venue, while we will be on hand to answer all your questions.”
