Discover how ambitious e-commerce brands turn AI into outcomes. In a hands-on format, you’ll learn practical tactics for improving efficiency across content, merchandising, and customer experience—along with the governance to keep everything on-brand.

The E-commerce AI Lab is hands-on for transactional businesses under margin pressure and constant SKU churn.

Using interactive demos and real examples—not theory—we follow crawl–walk–run: chat, reasoning, then agentic tools. See practical ways to tackle content speed, merchandising accuracy, and customer experience, while adding guardrails for claims, privacy, and approvals.

Built for transactional businesses wrestling with stockouts, returns volatility, seasonality, and discount-driven erosion.
You’ll try structured prompts, watch reasoning prioritise actions, and see agentic workflows connect to your stack.

Expect demos, governance checklists, and prioritisation templates to improve efficiency across content, merchandising, and service while protecting margin, compliance and trust.

Two hours, zero fluff.
We tackle transactional business realities—data silos, attribution noise, last-mile promises—with interactive demos in real store scenarios.

The format is crawl–walk–run: start with chat for quick wins, layer reasoning for decisions, then connect agentic tools.

Leave with guardrails and scorecards to choose, ship, and scale confidently as soon as next week.

Do I need to understand technology or AI to attend?
Whilst this is a foundational session, designed to educate about the power and capabilities of AI in e-commerce, beginner knowledge is recommended.

How long does the session last?
The session runs for 2 hours. You’re very welcome to stick around and chat with our team afterwards.

Can I bring a guest?
We ask that everyone who is attending register on Eventbrite, and we limit attendance to two people per company.

Is there car parking?
Yes, there is free parking
