Supporting Women's Health at Work A Path to Success.jpg.jpg

Join our free webinar to discover why prioritising women’s health in your workplace wellbeing strategies is not just a compliance issue but a game-changer for your business.

With the UK government's recent Women's Health Strategy and the mandate for companies with over 250 employees to implement annual Menopause Action Plans, it's clear that the focus on women's health is here to stay. Yet, many businesses still see it as a low priority.

We'll show you why investing in women's health can boost morale, productivity, and retention, and how our expert solutions can make this transition smooth and sustainable for your company.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to stay ahead of the curve and support your team's wellbeing in the best way possible. Let us help you make a meaningful difference with practical, long-term solutions that benefit everyone.

Sarah Darwen

Founder

Halcyon Women's Health®

Sarah Darwen is a passionate advocate for women's health. Her journey began in her teens when she struggled with her periods, a challenge that led to a diagnosis of endometriosis in her twenties, then as part of her treatmetn pathway, an enforced menopause. When faced with the "only remaining option" of surgery, she decided to explore more natural ways of managing her condition. Since then, Sarah has successfully managed her endometriosis naturally, experiencing only two flare-ups.

Sarah's experience has fueled her commitment to promoting the choices availble to women who are struggling with their menstrual health, and helping them overcome their own symptoms. With empathy and expertise, she guides women on their journey to better health, empowering them to find natural solutions that work for their unique needs.

In addition to her work with individual clients, Sarah also supports businesses in enhancing workplace well-being. Her innovative approach helps companies increase staff satisfaction, reduce absenteeism, improve retention, and ultimately boost profits. Through her company, Halcyon Women's Health®, Sarah creates supportive environments where employees can thrive, demonstrating the profound impact that understanding and addressing women's health needs can have on a company's success.
