As current restrictions have meant that our Sub36 events programme is on hold we have been considering how we can continue to support our Sub36 community to connect with their peers and access the support they need during this time.

And so Sub36 social was born. An online version of our popular networking events which aim to be informal but informative, fun but with purpose and a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded professionals from across the county in all areas of business.

Join us on May 13 for the first Sub36 Social, our online networking event, featuring:

• The official launch of Sub36 Awards 2020
  
  
• An interview with founder of LANX shoes, Marco Vaghetti (including a virtual tour of their new warehouse and shop in Whalley)
  
  
• Q&A with two of our previous Sub36 award winners -
  James Calderbank, founder of The Transform Hub, winner of New Business Award 2019
  Gabrielle McNamara, general manager of Leonard Dews, winner of the Leader Award 2019

  We would like to give everyone who attends the chance to do a very quick intro on who you are and how you could support others in the network. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do this so we can include you on the day.
  
  
• Sharing of your email address with other webinar participants
  Following the webinar on 13 May we will be sending an email copying in all participants so that attendees can follow-up directly with any relevant contacts. As it’s ‘online networking’ this is our version of you meeting someone and taking their business card away to follow-up with later.
