Anne Williamson from Customer Love UK has over 25 years’ experience in marketing a variety of businesses across the northwest. For 11 years, Anne was the Marketing Manager at a mail order company and was responsible for growing turnover from £1m to £4.8m. She has worked with a wide range of companies from funeral directors through to engineers and estate agents.

Anne has written also written a book ‘Are you a one night stand business?’ to help businesses see their business through their customer’s eyes.
