Edge Hill University SME Resilient Recovery Support

Professor Simon Bolton and the Productivity and Innovation Centre team at Edge Hill University have developed a flexible and highly effective framework for supporting SMEs to deal with the current challenging times.

The framework is designed to help SMEs develop a series of short and medium term recovery strategies, supporting them to retain existing customers, maximise the current lock down time to be ready for the recovery phase and help staff through this extended period of working from home.

These webinars will give you a taster of the framework which focuses on 12 key productivity impact factors supported by peer-based case-studies.
