Louise is a qualified accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor specialising in all income and capital taxes. Louise has over 20 years’ experience working with owner-managed businesses and individuals to minimise their tax exposure across the board.  Louise has been involved with many rural businesses covering areas such as business structure, family partnerships, succession planning, Inheritance Tax planning and Wills and brings her knowledge and experience to the Baldwins group since joining in May 2019 as part of the Preston office acquisition.

Andrew undertakes a wide range of professional instructions, but in particular: Rural Property Sales including Auctions, Rural Estate Management, Valuation, AMC Instructions, Development Options and Contracts, Renewables.

Andrew Holden, Head of Rural, Napthens
Andrew Holden is the Head of Napthens’ Rural team, handling a wide range of property and business matters including land and property sales and purchases, granting or surrender of easements, development clawback and option agreements, partnership agreements and dissolutions and agricultural tenancy matters.  Andrew has also been dealing with various renewable energy schemes for several years for both the landowner and also for the developer.

Georgina Smith, Wills and Estate Planning Solicitor, Napthens
Georgina is a member of Napthens’ wills and estate planning team.  She offers advice on all aspects of estate planning including the preparation of Wills, related inheritance tax Issues, lasting and enduring powers of attorney and matters involving trusts.
She also advises on issues surrounding the Court of Protection and the administration of estates.
