Leading Lancashire: Leading for success - Personal leadership through MBTI

Do you want to enhance your capability to lead successfully?

Do you want to increase awareness of your impact on others?

Self-awareness is a fundamental element to good leadership. Spread across two days, this course provides an opportunity to improve your career potential through an understanding of your personality type, based on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), a psychometric instrument widely used in organisations globally to improve leadership and performance.

Our MBTI profile reveals how we see and interact with the world, giving insight into our motivation and the motivation of others. This provides a strong foundation for personal growth and development, underpinning enhanced personal effectiveness.

The MBTI framework raises awareness of peoples differing behaviour in a number of common workplace challenges such as conflict; resilience; teamwork; communication; decision making; influencing; emotional intelligence; career development; managing others; change and leadership.

  • Increasing your own self-awareness,
  • You will also gain an understanding of the impact your leadership style might have on others with different preferred ways of working
