LBW21: new customers and new markets

Monday 6 December: new customers and new markets

9-10am, via Zoom

A week-long programme of networking, debates, inspirational talks and celebrations will take place in December as Lancashire Business Week returns for a second year.

In the opening session for Lancashire Business Week 2021 we’ll consider the challenges of seeking new markets, and the opportunities those markets provide.

Whether you have domestic or international growth ambitions, we’ll consider the strategies that take your products and services wider.

We’ll also consider the changing needs of customers, with a particular emphasis on satisfying demands for more environmentally-responsible business.

These demands are coming from increasingly eco-aware consumers, and from those offering tenders in public and sector environments – they want to know how you are helping achieve net-zero ambitions.

We’ll consider how Lancashire businesses can and must adapt to meet these emerging customer requirements.
