Taking place on the morning of Tuesday, October 20, the Lancashire Property Conference will take place online and will feature guest speakers and expert panelists who will debate the future of property development and management in the red rose county.

Discussions will cover the future of our high streets, city living, sustainable housing, offices and more. Taking part in the event will be decision-makers from the private and public sector, developers, landlords, businesses and other related industries.

The event is to be hosted by Lancashire Business View magazine in support of its popular Property Report which regularly gets under the skin of new developments around the county.

Attendees to the event will also be able to network once the feature presentations have concluded.

GUEST SPEAKERS:

Simon Quin, executive director of High Streets Task Force

Simon Quin is Executive Director of the High Streets Task Force, Co-Chair of the Institute of Place Management, and Professorial Fellow in Place Management Practice at Manchester Metropolitan University.

With a background in economic development, he was co-author of Vital and Viable Town Centres: Meeting the Challenge (1994) report for the UK Government. He worked as a Town Centre Manager for ten years, in Romford and then Reading. Simon was also Chief Executive of ATCM from 2004-2010.
