As we emerge from the pandemic and head 'back to work', health and wellbeing remains at the top of the agenda for employers.

With furlough due to end in September, the Lancashire Health and Wellbeing Conference is perfectly timed to help and support both employers and employees as workforces prepare for the changes that lie ahead.

This event will bring together experts in the field and businesses who have risen to the challenge to ensure their workforce has remained happy and healthy throughout the pandemic. It will offer insight, advice and support to the Lancashire business community as we now look to the future.

The event will feature panel discussions, break out interviews and the opportunity to ask questions.

The themes:

Panel A: The People Strategies

Communication and Engagement

Who’s checking in on the leaders?
