Evolve Digital Programme

We're delighted to be supporting Lancaster University Management School with the second Evolve Digital cohort. This fully-funded programme is an exciting opportunity for family businesses in the North West.

What's involved?

Evolve Digital NW is a 3 month online programme (approx 15 hours per month) and is designed to encourage the adoption of new technologies and business processes that boost productivity in your family businesses.

Participants will be given the tools and techniques to enhance their leadership capability. It will also help build confidence to explore how new technologies can ensure your business is successful for future generations.

Successful applicants will be randomly allocated to one of two offerings and will either take part in an online interactive cohort, or have access to an online platform for self-directed learning.

Can I take part?

The programme is available to leaders of family businesses (a family member in a leadership role) from any sector, based in the North West of England. The business must employ between 2 and 50 people, use fewer than two technologies and must have been operational for at least 12 months.
