How to have sales conversations that convert and don’t end with I need to think about it!

What was the outcome of your last sales interaction?

My guess is that you felt a sense of awkwardness and didn’t quite know what to say, you had a lot of thinking that rushed into your head at that point, maybe felt a bit sweaty and couldn’t quite think what to say and so it felt easier to agree with them that yes it would be best if they did go away and do that.

Your customer left without what they came for and after a moment of relief, you are now left feeling frustrated and confused as to what went wrong it doesn’t feel great, does it?

But that is okay I am going to walk you through where that uncomfortable feeling is coming from and what you need to do to take your customers from being unsure and needing to think about it to buy from you.
