Money worries or a lack of financial awareness and understanding can have a massive impact on our mental health and wellbeing.
The session provides a thought-provoking range of hints and tips to help you implement positive change, identifying financial threats as well as those to our mental health and resilience and how to overcome them. We look at the small changes to attitude or behaviour that can make an incremental but significant difference going forwards as better understanding and improved financial/mental wellbeing will reduce anxiety and distress.
As we transition in the coming weeks and months from ‘old normal’ to ‘new normal’ we have a unique opportunity to pick and choose our next actions with this session providing the opportunity to potentially see you thriving rather than just surviving.
The session is delivered by Neil Welsh of PM+M Wealth Management as well as Catherine Dobson of CD Psychology, bringing a unique insight on how the head and wallet can interact.
