Blackpool-based full-service agency Happy Creative is celebrating a decade in business.

The award-winning company has been busy spreading happiness to its clients across the UK and internationally with its unique take on delivering success on a number of platforms.

Founded by “Chief Happy” Karen Lambert in 2005, its values of inspiring its clients to achieve goals above their expectations has seen it grow its workforce from just two at its creation to double figures as it celebrates its milestone.

With an international team of account managers, designers and marketeers, Happy Creative has worked with a number of global brands with £100m-plus turnovers and have had their work translated into a number of languages including Hungarian, Polish, South African plus many more!

Speaking about Happy’s milestone, managing director Karen, said: “It’s a proud day and we’ve had 10 fantastic years. Yes, there’s been some very trying moments and running a business is not for the faint-hearted but we’ve had some phenomenal success.

“Our success has been down to our culture and the fact we like to do things a little differently than other agencies. It takes a special kind of person to be a Happy and I am fortunate enough to have an awesome team here.”

Some of Happy’s clients over the past decade have included Blackpool Council, British Red Cross, Cambridge University, Colossal Group, the NHS, Ribby Hall Village and Whitworths Pharmacies.

With a team of experts behind her who have worked with some of the UK’s biggest brands, Karen is confident the future's looking bright for one of the Fylde’s biggest agencies.

She added: “Our aim is to spread happiness; be irrepressible, be inspiring, be positive and be the experts in our field. “We are a family and care passionately about what we do and I think it is this what has been instrumental in our success. We have a fantastic reputation for what we do and that makes me proud and keeps me smiling every day.”
