Harbour opens new office in central Liverpool

Harbour Business Group (HBG) have gone from strength to strength since the start of the year. The second half of 2017 is no different with the addition of more staff and a new office to accommodate their growing needs.

HBG was formed at the start of 2014 and has undergone many changes since then. With the workload on the rise, HBG acquired their second office in Preston at the start of this year, this office now houses HBG Finance and HBG Property- the two newest subsidiaries of the Harbour Business Group.

HBG Finance can provide finance, mortgage, insurance and protection solutions for individuals- initial consultations to review your situation are free. Whether you already owe on your property and want to re-mortgage for something bigger, or are a first-time buyer and need guidance or reassurance through the process or have life, key person or any other protection policy that has not been looked at for several years, HBG Finance can tailor the service to your needs.

HBG Property concentrates on the procurement and sales of businesses, large property portfolios, development land, hotels, care homes and any other commercial property and businesses across the world. The sky is the limit with the value and size of the sales made.

Continuing into the second half of 2017, HBG Corporate has taken on their first University student, Michael Bloor, for his sandwich placement year in the industry. The IT support and Web development team within the group has also had a boost with the appointment of Adam Halsall, a graduate who has taken on the role of improving and expanding the groups online presence.

Following on from these appointments HBG have confirmed the opening of their brand-new office in central Liverpool based at 1 Old Hall Street.

John Waller, CEO, said: “This is a proud day for Jonathan, Matthew and Stuart and I, along with all the team at HBG. This expansion into Liverpool has been greatly anticipated and thanks to Stuart Kelly and Matthew Waller for moving into the office on the 16th of August, it was a great success

“We have looked forward to this day with great anticipation not just because this is our 3rd office in line with our expansion plan, but because our family have a long history with this great city, nowhere else do we feel quite as at home as we do in Liverpool.”

HBG Corporate will reside within the new office providing competitive and customer focused Insolvency services to local businesses and professionals across Liverpool and Merseyside, specialising in dealing with SME’s and wealthy individuals. Although HBG Corporate are the primary occupants there will be representatives of HBG Finance and Property at hand to deal with any enquiries.

All of the team are extremely excited to start this next chapter in the business, HBG hope to open their range of customer focused services to a wider audience and increase the brands awareness which will be aided by the offices central location.
