Ian Bythell, director, said the recruits were to help service demand across commercial, residential and lettings sectors of the business, which has offices in Barnoldswick, Barrowford, Burnley, Colne and Nelson.
He added: “Petty’s also has to look to the future and bringing through the next generation of qualified agents and that’s why this year, with the help of Themis and Training Station, we have also started three apprentices.”
Zoe Parkinson, 18, will be employed as an apprentice property manager; Rebecca Westwell, 19, as an apprentice administrator; and Isobel Heap, 17, will be an apprentice sales negotiator.
