The Paraplanning team at Amber River True Bearing has expanded, with three new members joining over the summer.
The Paraplanning team performs an important function within the business, supporting the financial advisers with many aspects of their work including research and report writing.
Dan Fahey joined the team on the September 2. He has over five years’ experience as a Paraplanner in an IFA environment and has previously worked for BRB Financial Horizons (now acquired by Amber River True Bearing).
He will work from the Stoke office, supporting the team of advisers there.
Leah Hinchliffe joined the firm on September 16 from Howe Financial Advisers in London.
She brings with her over two years of experience in financial services, with one year as a Paraplanner and she has nearly achieved her regulated diploma.
Finally, long term adviser support employee, Marc Sultana joined the Paraplanning team in July as a Trainee Paraplanner.
His ambition has long been to become a Paraplanner, and he has worked very hard under his own initiative to gain and demonstrate the skills needed for the role.
This unprecedented growth for the team has come about from a higher demand for Financial Planning services.
Darren Porter, Paraplanning manager at Amber River True Bearing said: "The paraplanning function is an integral part of the business, providing important support to our 25 financial advisers.
"We are delighted to welcome the three new members to the team and look forward to supporting their career development and journey within Amber River True Bearing."
