PROPSKI Northern event
Held on Thursday 3rd October 2019, PROPSKI Northern will take place at the prestigious Manchester Hall within its newly refurbished roof terrace and will see a mix of property professionals coming together to network, socialise and learn about the industry’s exclusive winter sports festival.
Property professionals from the North of England, and those working in related industries, are being urged to don their skis and hit the piste, to help make the fundraising and networking event PropSki 2020, be the biggest in the annual skiing trip’s history.
The skiing trip will take place between the 18th and 25th January 2020 in Chamonix. This will be the eighth PropSki which is aiming to attract more than 450 property professionals who will stay at the four-star La Folie Douce Hotel. PropSki also raises money for LandAid, and 2018’s event raised more than £15,000 for the property industry charity which is working to end youth homelessness.
Propski 2020 provides a fresh new look at building relationships within the property industry. Set in the Alps in an informal & inclusive setting, the festival offers a unique opportunity for surveyors and property professionals to meet, compete and network within the property industry.
Preston based building consultancy Anderton Gables is backing the event. Director Andrew Whittle said: “It’s hugely exciting for Anderton Gables to be sponsoring the first Propski Northern event. We attend last year and found it a unique approach to networking where you really do get to know your contacts.
"PropSki is now widely recognised as one of the most successful networking and fundraising events in the property industry’s annual calendar. It’s also a big opportunity for property professionals and companies from the North of England, which have been underrepresented there in recent years.
"Our showcase evening will provide relevant information about the half and full week packages that are available to both companies and individuals, as well as offering an insight into the vast range of activities taking place throughout the week. We’d urge anyone interested in PropSki to register their details and come along to find out more on the 3rd October in Manchester."
Erol Erturan, managing director and co-sponsor at Adept, said: “For seven years, PropSki, often dubbed ‘MIPIM on skis,’ has been bringing property industry professionals together for a week of networking, fundraising, a variety of daily events and, of course, lots of fantastic skiing in Chamonix, underneath the epic peak of Mont Blanc.
Anyone interested in attending the showcase event should make a £5 donation to LandAid via https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/propski2020north which acts as an entry ticket.
