Business Leaders' Summit 2022

About the event

The world as we know it has changed. Over the last two years, Business Leaders have faced a unique and unprecedented set of challenges that have shaped their immediate prospects and influenced strategic plans.

We have now seen the business world embrace lasting change and transformational leadership, the likes of which may not have happened had the global pandemic not occurred. Taking both brave and bold decisions whilst motivating and engaging their workforce during periods of uncertainty is now the norm.

The first session will see Simon Hart, RSM UK International Lead Partner in conversation with Lord Sebastian Coe, who will discuss transformational leadership, teamwork, resilience and handling uncertainty.

Session two will be led by RSM Partner Claire Leece, who will facilitate a panel discussion of middle market business leaders. Our panel will share their thoughts on how their leadership styles have changed, what they are doing differently in a post-pandemic world and what opportunities they see in the months and years ahead.
