deal with debt recovery
The UK’s late payment statistics are staggering. Around 80 per cent of small businesses are owed money, and more than a third will write off thousands of pounds of bad debt this year. The FSB predicts that 50,000 businesses will fold this year because money they are owed won’t materialise.
Things are beginning to change: the government has introduced the Prompt Payment Code and is putting pressure on big business to comply.
And yet, many smaller businesses are either unaware of the regulations which protect them, or don’t have the resources, knowhow or confidence to pursue what is rightfully theirs.
Lancashire Business View’s Debt Recovery guide is here to support all businesses who are owed money - from those who simply want to improve their cashflow through to those in desperate need of help to survive.
We are seeking experts to share their advice with our 30,000 readers: legal, financial and any other help related to this important topic.
