KMC Human Resources

At KMC Human Resources our priority is to ensure that companies ‘do things right’ when it comes to their staff. Sadly, disputes do arise in the workplace and we can guide you through the maze of employment legislation and help you reach a successful conclusion as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Our objective is to take the pressure off you, give you peace of mind and allow you to concentrate on running your business. HR confidentiality is paramount to us. You will never find your sensitive staff situations profiled on our website as case studies.

KMC Human Resouces’ Director, Karen Credie, has over 20 years HR experience gained predominantly in the legal field, having been the HR Manager in the Manchester office of global law firm, DLA Piper, for 18 years. Karen is passionate about supporting the North West business community and wanted to bring her wealth of corporate HR experience to the SME market at an affordable cost. Karen achieved this through KMC Human Resources, which she established in 2010.

KMC Human Resources offers a range of HR support which is bespoke to the needs of the organisation. We take away the headaches of managing people and let business owners and managers focus on their core business.

KMC Human Resources build close relationships with their clients and provide a personal, bespoke service to them. We coach Partners, Directors and Managers and help them develop their ability to manage staff performance.

Better managers = more engaged staff = more profitable business
